1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeenByAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeenByAI provides AI visibility scanning and reporting tools that analyze websites for compatibility with AI crawlers and search systems. The Service includes free and paid plans with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Free Plan

Free plan users are limited to 3 scans per day. We reserve the right to modify scan limits at any time. Free plan features may change with notice.

5. Paid Plans

Pricing. Pro plan is $29/year. Agency plan is $99/year. All prices are in USD.

Payment. Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your PayPal account.

Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees once charged, except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Use automated tools to abuse the scanning system
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its content, features, and functionality are owned by SeenByAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scan results generated for you may be used for your own purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI Visibility Scores. Our scores and recommendations are based on technical analysis and do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or visibility in AI search results. AI algorithms are proprietary and constantly evolving.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEENBYAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeenByAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
